This project had all new circuits ran into the kitchen extension, a new fuseboard, LED tape above and below wall units with downlights and outside lighting.
This job involved a new cooker circuit and additions to both the kitchen socket and lighting circuits.
We added downlights throughout along with outside lighting and outside power.
This renovation in Wynyard consisted of rewiring all circuits within the refurbishment, along with a Lutron Homeworks system to control all lighting.
This system allows the customer to set scenes and programme the lighting to their wants and needs, such as “cooking” which is nice and bright over the kitchen island and cooker, or “relax” which dims certain lights down whilst turning others off completely all from the touch of a button.
For this bathroom we installed lots of RBG LED tape which is controlled by a switch and by WiFi from an app on your phone, along with underfloor heating controls using Honeywell evo home which can also be controlled via an app.
This job required relocating and upgrading the house fuseboard with a full type A RCBO board with surge protection, we also renewed the garage supply with SWA ran external and fitted a new fuseboard there also.
This job at the old Marine Fabrications at Haverton Hill involved disconnecting some electrical equipment such as compressors, transformers and cabins ready for the new customer.
This project consisted of a new extension, and existing rewire. 1st fix to 2nd fix and hand over.
Outside lighting consisting of domestic and commercial settings such as downlights, lanterns, bollards, floods and site lighting. There was also a range of switching used from a simple switch, to timer and photocell controlled contactors, and quinetic receivers. 240V and 110V.
This extension project involved installing power for a built in gas fire within the new bedroom, hotel style bedside light switching, sockets, lighting, a shaver point and an electric radiator.
